She is a lady Public Health Specialist and Family Physician special interested in Wound and diabetic foot care practitioner. - Graduated basic medical degree (MBBS) in 1993 and Master in Public Health in 2002 from University of Medicine 1, Yangon, Myanmar, M.P.H (International Course for Health Development) (Belgium Scholarship award) from Institute of Tropical Medicine, Belgium in 2006; - CCFMP (Completion Certificate of Family Medicine Practices, Myanmar) in 2007 and Diploma in Family Medicine from Academy of Family Physicians, Malaysia in 2012; PhD (Science) from OUM, Malaysia in 2018. - a Fellow of Myanmar Academy of Family Physician since 2020. She is also founder and clinical director of Swan Htet Specialist clinic and clinical skill training centre, Bahan Township, Yangon, Myanmar. - Secretary of Myanmar Wound Care Society since 2023 till now.
