Samantha Holloway United Kingdom

Samantha Holloway is a Reader in the Centre for Medical Education, School of Medicine, Cardiff University. Samantha is the Programme Director for the Masters in Wound Healing and Tissue Repair, which is a 3-year e-learning programme. Samantha also teaches across other Postgraduate Taught Programmes including Dermatology and Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine as well on the Medical Undergraduate programme. Samantha is a Guest Lecturer for other Universities based in Galway, Geneva, and Malta. She is the Honorary Treasurer of the European Wound Management Council (EWMA) and supports the work of the EWMA Council, Education Committee and Chairs the Teacher Network. Samantha is the Immediate Past President of the International Skin Tear Advisory Panel (ISTAP) and is currently continuing to support the panel as an Education Consultant. Her academic activities include peer review of manuscripts for several journals including the Journal of Wound Management, BMJ Open, Journal of Wound Care and International Wound Journal, She is the Academic Editor for the WoundsUK journal. Samantha has published over 100 articles and presented at National, European, and International conferences.
