Dr Nikki Frescos is a practising podiatrist, researcher and academic. Nikki is the current Chair of Australia Wound and Skin Alliance. She holds adjunct senior lecture positions with Queensland University of Technology and La Trobe University. Nikki is a credentialled Advanced Wound Professional through Wounds Australia and is clinical trials coordinator for wound RCTs at the Austin Hospital. Her involvement with diabetes foot care and wound management spans over 20 years, her keen interests are wound related pain, diabetes foot disease management and prevention and the financial costs of treament.
